Yes, we only enter into a partnership if both parties agree to a contract, so both parties know that we take each other’s time and investment seriously.
We offer various payment options to our customers, of which we always ask for a 10% non-refundable deposit from the project to reserve a sport in our calendar.
The options are to pay for the project in 2 installments or 3 installments.
We don’t believe that just a logo can tell your brand’s full story or set your business up for success for years to come. For that reason, we do not offer just a logo and only specialize in full branding. We believe it’s worth doing right the first time!
No challenge is too big for us, let us know what ideas / desires you have for your project and we will see what we can do for you.
We do not offer a refund, because we count our hours worked for each project. Should there be a breach of contract, we will send a final invoice with the hours worked, up to the date of the breach of contract.
